Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday called on Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh on his 87th birthday.
Yogi Adityanath went to the official residence of Minister of State of Secondary Education, Sandeep Singh, the grandson of Kalyan Singh, to wish the latter on his birthday.
Kalyan Singh had arrived in the state capital on Friday and is staying in the official residence of his grandson.
Yogi also visited the residence of Sandeep Singh early in the morning to wish Kalyan Singh and thereafter he rushed to Prayagraj.
Rajveer Singh, the MP from Etah and son of Kalyan Singh, was also present on the occasion.
Several senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party and state ministers reached the residence of Sandeep Singh to wish Kalyan Singh on his birthday.
Meanwhile, reports from Aligarh, Etah and other places in the state said the party workers celebrated the birthday of Kalyan Singh.
