BJP leaders were shocked to see the book among literature distributed during registration on th first day of party's state working committee on Saturday in Jhansi.

" It is unconstitutional. How Governor can have his book distributed in party's function, " a senior legislator told The Pioneer.

During registration of members of working committee they were given a canvass bag. It contained stationary and two books - Kamal jyoti and 'Raj Bhawan mein Ram Naik 2015-16. Naik's book wrapped in a paper bag, is 96 page book contains his activities.

Kamal Jyoti is official BJP publication.

When contacted Naik defended distribution of book. "This book is available on public domain.  I have given this book to everyone including President of India, Prime Minister, judges of High Court and even to journalists. This is not a classified book, he told The Pioneer.

When questioned whether it was prudent for Governor to distribute his book in purely party function he said: "Why you are asking me. Ask BJP leaders why they included my book in their dossiers."
