The Election Commission of India will launch a special drive for electoral roll revision in all state assembly constituencies, except the five assembly constituencies falling in Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat and Rampur assembly seat, from November 9.
The drive is for the inclusion of new voters in the voters’ list. The cut-off date for inclusion in electoral rolls is January 1, 2023.
