The complaint saidd that junior officers of Appointment department had recommended enquiry into the matter by a senior officer. Then Principal Secretary Appointment Rajeev Kumar put pressure on his junior officers and forced them to propose closure of the file, which was readily accepted by him.
Along with enquiry in phone tape case of Deepak Singhal, Dr Thakur also prayed for enquiry into the wrongful manner in which her complaint was closed by the Appointment department.
