Claiming that BJP has nothing to do with the ongoing family feud in Samajwadi Party, Minister of State (independent charge)  Telecommunication Manoj Sinha said that the fight between family members is over division of ill-gotten money this government has collected in last four and half years.

“The feud in Samajwadi Parivar is over who will get how much money this government has earned through corruption. Everyone is asking for bigger share. They are fighting to get that money,” Sinha told reporters here on Tuesday. He said because of this controversy development has come to a naught. People want electricity, road and water but this government is concerned about looting public money. Who cares for common people in Uttar Pradesh now, he said sarcastically. When told that BJP is being blamed for this family feud in Samajwadi Party Sinha said it has become a trend to blame Bharatiya Janata Party for any ill prevailing in Uttar Pradesh. “If anything bad happens in UP blame BJP. If two brothers fight on street political parties blame BJP for that,” he said.

“The political parties are doing it because they cannot ignore BJP now. They get mileage for blaming BJP because this party is gaining popularity with each passing day. People like to talk about BJP because we talk about development while other parties are concerned about minting money from public projects,” he said and added that BJP will get more than two-thirds majority in UP.

Talking about achievements of NDA government said through skill development government will generate over 28 lakh jobs in five years. When asked about call drop problems in BSNl, the telecom minister said that it was a big problem and it has been solved to large extent. In one yearover Rs 20,000 crore has been invested in BSNl: because of which there is qualitative change in delivery system. “The work which was to be completed in 90 days is now being done in just 45 days,” he said. The minister also declared that 27 WiFi hot spots would be set up in near future.
