An injured Hog deer was brought to the Kanpur Zoo after a rescue operation on Friday. Director Kanpur Zoo K Thomas while talking to “The Pioneer” said that the deer had been attacked by some dogs in a village area which had injured the deer.
“This is not an inmate of the Zoo and it was brought here after a rescue operation. We are hoping that the hog deer would recover” said Thomas.
