All India Professional Congress will organize a seminar and interactive session on `Building the nation with politics of inclusiveness’ at Indigandhi Pratishthan in lucknow on Sunday.
Former minister and MP, Dr Shashi Tharoor will be the main speaker. Salman Anees Soz and Aalima Jevari will be the special invitees.
President of All India Professional Congress, Dr Amita Singh said that AIPC members from many districts, entrepreneurs, educationists and intelligentsia will attend the seminar.
“The seminar on the topic of `Building the nation with politics of inclusiveness’ is the need of the hour as the country is now passing through a bad phase. Communal tension and religious intolerance is dominating every discourse. The common man on the street is afraid of these fanatic forces calling the shots,” Dr Singh said.
She said that All India Professionals’ Congress (AIPC) is India’s first political platform focused on needs and aspirations of working professionals in the country.
“The idea of AIPC germinated from the assessment that professionals in today’s India are disconnected from politics, a starkly different situation from the first couple of decades after Indian independence,” she said.
Dr Singh said: “We are building a vibrant community of diverse professionals, united by their common interest in progressive politics.”
