After successful demonstration to pressurize state government to implement food security act, Congress will stage a protest outside district head quarters in support of various anti-farmers move of the state government including the cane issue, on Saturday.

``The Congress activists across the state would come on roads and staged demonstration at district head quarters to protest against anti-farmers stand of state government on Saturday", claimed spokesman of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (UPCC), Dwijendra Tripathi here on Friday afternoon. He disclosed that Party leaders will hand over a memorandum to respective district magistrates through which they demand to immediately ensure payment of dues of the cane farmers as well as to provide them adequate price for their crops."Akhilesh Yadav’s government has connived with mill owners and had over looked the farmers plight", alleged Congress spokesman adding that his Party would not sit silent to see atrocities on the farmers by this government which already forced some farmers to commit suicide.

Further hitting at Samajwadi Party government, Congress spokesman while reacting to announcement of Atiq Ahmed as SP candidate from Sultanpur parliament seat,  said that there is nothing new and that state has been already hit by wrong policies and `gonda raj’ of Akhilesh’s regime.

``News papers and electronic media head lines were regularly highlighting that how  criminals hailing from Samajwadi Party  and some of whom also turned members of  Parliaments or those whom Akhilesh forwarded minister status by appointing them chairman of corporations etc were using their muscle power to terrorise common man to fulfill their unwanted desires", claimed Dwijendra Tripathi adding that Atiq will be just addition to the SP which is known to have always patronised criminals and mafias. Dwijendra also condemned blast outside an Islamic Educational institution in lucknow on Thursday.

"Second blast outside the same Islamic Centre within a short span clearly pointed towards deteriorating law and order situation in the state", reacted Congress spokesman adding that the State had already witnessing a `Jungle Raj’ both during previous regime and now under Samajwadi’s tenure.
