Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav’s speeches and important news conferences will be compiled and released in a book format titled ‘Parivartan ki Ahaat’. The date of the book release has not been finalized as yet.
The book is published by renowned Raj Kamal Publishers of New Delhi and book editor is cabinet minister and Akhilesh confidante Rajendra Chaudhury. The publicaion is priced at Rs 595.
“The book contains all important speeches and photographs of the CM during his nearly five-year tenure. The book gives an idea about schemes that the government launched and what exactly is the vision of CM towards development of UP,” Chaudhary said.
When asked about the need to have a book, Chaudhary said: “People read newspapers and then throw it away. But the book is there for a lifetime. They can pick it up any time they like and it can be used as a reference too.”
The minister said that more volumes of this book would be released in near future as ‘one book cannot do justice to the ideas of Chief Minister’.
Akhilesh is not the only one in the Yadav clan whose speeches have been compiled in a book format. Earlier, SP national general secretary Prof Ram Gopal Yadav had penned a book ‘Sansad Mein Meri Baat’ on June 26. This book is a compilation of speeches of Ram Gopal Yadav in Parliament and focuses on his speeches on national and international subjects.
A year earlier, Ram Gopal had launched a book ‘Sangharsh Ke Prayog’ which was a compilation of his speeches outside Parliament.
Former CM Mawayati too has penned ‘Mere Sangarshmai Jeevan Evam Bahujan Movement Ka Safarnama’ in more than six volumes in Hindi and ‘A Travelogue of My Struggle-ridden life and of Bahujan Samaj’ in English. She releases new editions of her book on her birthday on January 15 every year.
