Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav forwarded financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to four-year-old Babloo Kumar of Meerut, who lost his hand due after suffering electrocution.
An official communiqué released on Friday said that the CM, besides announcing Rs 5 lakh aid, also directed officers to ensure free medical treatment to the kid.
Babloo Kumar of Mohalla Tihai Qila Road of Mawana police station area in Meerut was seriously injured after suffering the electric shock on his hand. Doctors treating him deicded to amputate his hand in order to save his life.
