Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has extended greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of the beginning of the year 2023 and wished them happiness and prosperity in the coming year.
He said that the state government was working seriously to make Uttar Pradesh the leading state of the country.
In a congratulatory message, the chief minister expressed confidence that the efforts of the state government to take the state on the path of prosperity and development would gain more momentum in the new year.
He said that many important projects and public welfare programmes were being implemented for the progress of the state, due to which the standard of living of the people of the state was continuously improving.
The chief minister said that as a result of the development and public welfare works of the state government, today the state was playing a leading role in the development of the country with a new identity.
“Villagers, poor, farmers, youth, women and every section of society are getting the benefit of the double-engine government's development works,” he said.
The chief minister appealed to the people to take all precautions in the programmes organised on the occasion of New Year in view of novel coronavirus infection.
