Responding to the social media, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday presented an auto-rickshaw to a woman driver on Saturday. The woman was finding it hard to make both ends meet after her taxi was burnt last month.
As per an official communiqué, the CM learnt through social media sites that an auto-rickshaw of Ruby Singhal of Ghaziabad was torched in her native city which left her unemployed and caused hardship in taking care of her family. Ruby has driving the auto-rickshaw for the last five years to support her family. After learning about her plight, the CM presented an auto-rickshaw to Ruby at his 5, KF Marg residence in lucknow on Saturday morning. Yadav said that he felt proud to meet such persons and had decided to honour her so that other women would ne inspired by her grit and determination and emulate her.
