Stressing on the redressal of people’s complaints Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said that his government would take strict action against officials who fail to dispose of file within stipulated time.
"The complaints would be reviewed on monthly basis through video conferencing. If the complainant is not happy with redressal of his complaint action would be taken against the official," Chief Minister said during interaction with officials and villagers through video conferencing here on Wednesday.
He said that every month on tehsil diwas he would randomly pick up 10 complaints and talk to people directly."This will also help me to know how effectively the officials are working at the village level," Yadav said.
"In same cases the redressal of problems could be delayed for genuine reasons. The district officials should convey their problems to the officials sitting in the government," he said.
On Wednesday the CM had a talk with DMs and villagers of Sant Kabir Nagar, Firozabad, Pilibhit, Bijnore, Balrampur, Baghpat, Shahjahanpur, Allahabad and Jhansi.
