Expressing grief over the death of pilgrims from the state who died in stampede in Datia Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav announced a compensation of Rs two lakh each to the kin of the pilgrims.
The accident took place in Madhya Pradesh's Datia district during Navratri festivities near a temple.
