Targeting the SP government in UP and the Congress-led UPA at the Centre for their faliures, the BJP will hold a 'Swabhiman Rally' at Devchar in Braeilly district on Wednesday.
State BJP spokesman Vijay Bahadur Pathak said that the rally will be organised at the Anaj Mandi Maidan, Devchara in Bareilly. "BJP national president Rajnath Singh, national general secretary Varun Gandhi, state party chief Dr lakshmikant Bajpai and other senior leaders will address the rally," he said.
The spokesman said that the farmers in UP were the worst sufferer due to the apathy and neglect of the UP and Union governments. "All the tall claims of the UP government on wheat procurement have fallen flat on its face as only three percent wheat has been procured in the last one month," Pathak claimed.
