The state unit of the BJP has finalized the poll schedule for the organizational elections. The elections of the state level party office bearers will be completed by the end November. Former minister and MP from Chanduli Mahendra Nath Pandey has been nominated as the returning officer for the organizational elections.
The BJP spokesman Vijay Pathak said here on Monday that elections of the organisations units at polling booth level; will be completed in September and elections of mandal and district level office bearers will be completed by the end of October.
He said the BJP president had announced to observe 2015 as a year dedicated to party organisation. Under this programme the party had launched nationwide campaign to enroll new members from November 2014 to March 2015. He said over 11 crore new members were enrolled across the nation. From April 1, this year the party launched the campaign to contact and express gratitude to the newly enrolled members.
He said now the party is focusing on imparting training to new members. Training camps are being organized in all the districts and all those workers who enrolled 100 members are taking part in the programme. The BJP plans to conclude the training programme by September 15.
