Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) alleged that the character of people sitting on constitutional posts were not right over the issue of appointment of lokayukta.
BJP State President Dr lakshmi Kant Bajpai, soon after the Supreme Court imposed a stay over the oath of Justice(Retd) Virendra Singh, said here on Saturday evening that Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, leader of opposition in state assembly Swami Prasad Maurya were trying to impose their personal agenda thus a situation of constitutional crisis has occurred in the State.
He even alleged that, Justice(Retd) Virendra Singh was a close relative of Samajwadi Party senior leader.
