After forensic reports indiated that the 19-year -old Hathras ras who was killed by four miscreants was not raped, BJP MLA from Ghaziabad, Nand Kishore Gurjar demanded that an FIR be lodged against senior police and district officials of Hathras for spreading lies against the BJP regime.
“A conspiracy has been hatched by the opposition to defame the BJP government and officials have become puppets. Murder charge should be lodged against the DGP along with DM and SP of Hathras,” he said.
Gurjar, MLA from Loni Assembly seat, wrote in this regard to Governor Anandiben Patel on Thursday and sent a copy to Prime Minister Narendra Modi , BJP chief JP Nadda and UP BJP president Swantradeo Singh. However, the BJP MLA did not send the copy of the letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
