BJP hails HC order

Welcoming the decision of the lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court to stay the release of the alleged terrorists, the state BJP has said that this has proved that the SP Government was indulging in anti national and anti constitutional activities. It also demanded the Governor to intervene immediately to warn the state government to keep itself away from anti national activities.  

Reacting to the stay of the High Court the state BJP spokesman Dr Chandra Mohan said that it was like a slap on the face of the SP Government. "Without putting up any excuse the SP Governmnt must come forward and accept its mistake and tender apology" he said. "The BJP has opposed the move of the releasing the terrorists from the very beginning and now the verdict of the High Court has vindicated its stand" he added.

The state BJP spokesman alleged that in want of Muslim votes, the SP has gone to the extent of releasing the terrorists. "Such decisions have a very long lasting adverse effect on society and sticking to such decisions the SP Government has only emboldened the terrorists" Chandra Mohan said adding that due to the appeasement policies of the SP Government the inflitration have reached a new height in the state.
