The state unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said that the Samajwadi Party (SP) government in the state has set a new milestone of Corruption, anarchy and the  law and Order condition has touched its nadir. BJP's state president Dr lakshmikant Bajpai told reporters here on Sunday that the Samajwadi Party turned out to be a toy in the hands of criminals since the day Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav took oath of office on March 15,'2012 - three years back.

Dr Bajpai said that development has come to a naught. The flight of industries has begun. Major industrial houses have started moving out of UP.  “This is only because of poor law and order situation in the state. People are facing the brunt for the mis-governance of Samajwadi Party Government,” BJP state chief said. “The confidence of the criminals has gone up and this can be gauged from the fact that more than 600 policemen were injured in the attacks. Around a hundred policemen have even lost their lives. Women's are being raped inside police station, people are being murdered inside courts and prisoners exchange fire inside the jail,” Bajpai said.

He also said that the government has failed in controlling the corruption. Many of the ministers in the Akhilesh Yadav are found involved in corruption.  lokayukta is probing corruption charge against a senior minister in Akhilesh Government,. Mulayam Singh Yadav himself has said that many of the ministers are involved in commissionkhori,” he said. “In this scenario it is anyone’s guess how this Government is performing. People are fed up with this government. They want a change and are looking towards BJP ,” Dr Bajpai said.
