Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat would be in the state capital for two days from Monday. The visit of the RSS chief seems significant in view of the coming state assembly elections in 2017. The RSS chief is visiting the state capital soon after the crucial meeting of the Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha held at Nagaur in Rajasthan early this month.
Organisation sources said here on Sunday that during his stay in the state capital on March 28-29, the RSS chief will inaugurate the new office of the Bharatiya Kisan Sangh at Charbagh besides attend the functions of Madhav Seveashram and Rashtradharam, the publishing house of the Saffron organisation. The office of the Bharatiya Kishan Sangh would be named after the former RSS chief late Rajju Bhaiyya.
During his stay in state capital the RSS chief will meet the leaders of the BJP and seek details of the programmes and other activities of the party related to 2017 Assemby elections.
The RSS chief is also scheduled to have a close door meeting with the leaders of the organisations in UP and discuss about the next assembly elections. Bhagwat could also meet farmers and visit some nearby districts during his stay.
