Defending the police action to send a teenager to jail for posting objectionable post in Facebook Urban Development minister Mohammad Azam Khan said that guilty should be punished for the crime he has committed.  ‘It is unfortunate that media is taking the side of the boy. law and order can only be enforced through tough measures,” he told reporters here at the Central hall of Vidhan Bhawan here on Wednesday.

However, the minister did not reply as why the state police have gone slow on other criminal cases but acted swiftly on this case.  When he was asked Chief Minister had given 15 days time to the police to crack the lucknow triple murder near an ATM and still after 20 days nothing has been done, he bluntly said the question should be asked to the CM.  A class XI student of Rampur was arrested and sent to jail for allegedly posting objectionable comments on Facebook against Khan.

Reports say that police arrested Vicky Khan, a student of Woodrow School in Bareilly district of UP, after Azam Khan’s media in-charge Fasahat Ali lodged a complaint against the school boy.
