Aparna Yadav, the younger daughter-in-law of Samajwadi Party patron Mulayam Singh Yadav, has suggested that people should wait for the Supreme Court’s vwedict on Ram temple at Ayodhya.
Earlier, Aparna had sided with Shivpal Singh Yadav and shown her interest to contest the Lok Sabha election on the ticket of his newly-floated outfit.
“Though I personally want Ram temple to be constructed at Ram Janmabhoomi complex as Ayodhya is the birthplace of Lord Ram, I also want people not to hurry with the issue and wait for the apex court judgement on the construction of a grand temple there,” she said.
Aparna came up with her opinion on the Ram temple issue during her visit to Deva Mela in Barabanki.
She also said that she was with Lord Ram and not with the BJP over the matter.
The young leader, who had contested the 2017 UP Assembly poll from Lucknow (Cantonment) seat but was defeated by BJP leader Rita Bahuguna Joshi, said that she was interested in contesting Lok Sabha poll.
Aparna also said that she would like to be by the side of Mulayam Singh Yadav and Shivpal Yadav rather than with Akhilesh Yadav.
The young leader also said that Shivpal Yadav’s newly-floated party could give a big jolt to Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party in the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
