Rashtriya Lok Dal national spokesman Anupam Mishra has been appointed national convener of Team RLD.
A RLD communiqué issued on Thursday said that keeping in mind the upcoming 2022 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections and to make optimum utilisation of the potential of every office-bearer and member of the party, RLD president Jayant Chaudhary affected some important organisational changes at the national and state levels to strengthen the party structure.
“The responsibility of convener of RLD national media cell has been entrusted to Surendra Kumar Sharma and party national spokesman Anupam Mishra has been appointed as national convener of Team RLD. Similarly, Sushil Meel has been appointed convener of the party's social media cell and Pawan Agri has been made the new RLD national spokesperson,” the communiqué said.
Congratulating all the newly-appointed office-bearers, the RLD chief asked them to devote themselves wholeheartedly to strengthening the organisation for improving its performance in the 2022 assembly election.
