The Ambedkar Mahasabha Trust will donate a silver brick to the Ram Mandir Trust which can be used for the construction of the temple at Ayodhya. The five-member delegation of the Ambedkar Mahasabha Trust, headed by chairman of Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Corporation Dr Lalji Prasad Nirmal, will meet the office-bearers of the Ram Mandir Trust in Ayodhya on February 14 and present them a silver brick on behalf of the Dalit community.
Dr Nirmal said that like every other section of the society, Dalits and other marginalised sections are excited over construction of the temple. He said the Dalit community expresses its gratitude towards the judiciary, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for paving the way for the temple construction.
President of India Ram Nath Kovid and CM Yogi Adityanath are among the prominent personalities who have made financial contributions for the Ram temple construction.
