Chief miniter Akhilesh Yadav launched a fierce attack on the BJP and defended his government over the law and order situation in the state saying his Government has brought all the criminals who orchestrated riots to book ‘’ BJP is only involved in riots and increasing communal tensions with intent of political gains. BJP is making all out effort to tarnish the image of UP and our government which is trying to develop the state and meet the peoples demand,’’ he said in Etawah on Tuesday. Yadav on reference to the Saharanpur violence said,’’ Our government is doing independent and justified probe in cases of riots but the BJP was trying to make the issue political’’.
CM was in Saifai, his native village in Etawah district, to attend a private function this evening. Earlier CM had tweeted asking people not to believe in the rumour over the Faizabad girl rape and murder case and assured the people that his government will give justice to the family members of the victim girl.
