After a gap of several months, Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav resumed Janata Darshan at his official Kalidas marg residence. Once again huge crowds gathered from all over the state to apprise the CM of their problems here on Wednesday.
The CM directed his officers to give a patient hearing to the grievances of the people who had come all the way to highlight their woes. Most of the applications given by the people were seeking financial assistance, while others pertained to development works,pension, police atrocities, jobs and medical treatment.
Prominent among the ministers and senior bureaucrats present at the Janata darshan included State Social Welfare Minister Narendra Verma, principal secretary to CM Rakesh Garg and secretary to CM Alok Kumar.
