Akhilesh reiterated his offer to Shivpal

Samajwadi party president Akhilesh Yadav has reiterated his offer for his estranged uncle Shivpal Singh Yadav that the SP will not field its candidate in Jaswantnagar assembly constituency in Etawah district.

Shivpal Yadav heading the Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party (Lohia) is presently the MLA from Jaswantnagar

“The SP will not enter into alliance with any party for 2022 UP assembly elections and consider electoral tie-up only with small political parties. The offer to my uncle Shivpal Yadav is still open and the SP will not field its candidate in Jaswantnagar assembly seat and he will also be accommodated in the ministry if the SP is voted to power in 2022,” Akhilesh Yadav said in Shravasti on Monday.

The SP is running training camps across the state and Akhilesh Yadav is presently visiting eastern UP districts.

Akhilesh Yadav repeated his charge against the Yogi Adityanath government, saying that the government is not only ignoring but working against the interests of the farmers and youth.

“The BJP is fond of conducting its organisational activities like enrolling members for the party through missed calls. The BJP should share the mobile number where the farmers failing to get the minimum support price for the paddy crop can call and seek redressal of their grievances,” Yadav said.

The SP chief also questioned the Yogi Adityanath government’s stand on providing free COVID-19 vaccine to the common people and particularly the poor.

On the ongoing construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, the SP chief said his party respected Lord Ram and also Parshuram, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
