In a breaucratic reshuffle, the stategovernment transfered half dozen IAS officers besides shifting responsibilites of few others. The secretary Culture and Tourism and director general Tourism Sanjeev Sharan has been appointed as the new divisional commissioner of lucknow while principal secretary Housing and Urban Planning Department Sadakant has been given the additional charge of Information Department.
According to an official communique, Stayajeet Thakur who was in waiting list has been appointed as principal secretary Khadi and Village Industry Department. The principal secretary Higher Education T.Venkatesh has been posted as new divisional commissioner of Aligarh. The principal secretary Handloom, Textiles, Khadi and Village Industry Hariraj Kishor has been deprieved of Khadi and Village Industry Department but will retain rest of his responsibilities.
Similarly principal secretary Mining, Information Technology, Electronics and Additional Energy Resource Department Jeevesh Nandan has been also given the additional charge of NEDA. The additional managing director UPSRTC Sudheer Kumar Dixit has been posted as special secretary Secretariat Administration Department while Rajesh Kumar who was in waiting list will replace him in UPSRTC . The joint development commissioner Kanpur, Ved Prakash has been posted as administrator Ramganga Command Project Kanpur while CDP Ambedkar Nagar Bharat lal Rai has been shifted to the post of special secretary Panchayati Raj Department.
