Hitting out at the Samajwadi Party Government, BJP MP from Gorakhpur, and BJP by-poll campaigning incharge, Yogi Adityanath said the government was implementing its communal agenda through an appeasement policy where it favours a section of the society and provide Rs 300 crores for building graveyard wall, where on the other hand if a section raises “Jai Shree Ram” slogans they are termed as Communal.
He said the UP government is the best example of a communal government, this is evident as the chief minister himself honours those who were involved in the communal violence that took place in Muzzaffarnagar, Muradabad, Saharanpur, Bareilly, ect. In its 2.5 years tenure as state government more than 450 riots have taken place. He said another speciality that the state government of UP posses is that it is full of anti-social elements.
He said another example of the tyranny is that the government in the last minute cancelled our permission to hold the public meeting, they did so by pressuring the district administration. But that too did not work as the public was supporting the BJP government for its unbias approach.
He said the SP government says that we are communal but they have forgotten that it was Ex MP lalji Tandon who bridged the gap between the Shias and Sunnis putting an end to the age old rivalry between them for a long period of time. While it was the state government that was unable to keep a check on the same and in recent time there was violence between Shia’s and Sunni sects.
He said we are not bias towards any sect Muslims are our brethren’s they have their religious rights we have ours it the SP government that portrays us those who hate Muslims, he added.
Speaking on the poor state affairs in Uttar Pradesh, Adityanath said “its was quite easy to identify the boundaries of UP as, if one sees that women are being raped, prevalence of corruption practices and communal violence they can become sure that it was UP.
lastly speaking about by-polls , he said though this election has minimum significance on state or central government but still its the beginning of the Samajwadi party rule.
