Aditya Singh Yadav, son of UP cabinet minister Shivpal Singh Yadav and nephew of SP cheif Mulayam Singh Yadav, tied knot with Raj laxmi in Saifai on Thursday, in the presence of a host of VVIPs, including RJD chief lalu Prasad Yadav and former SP leader Amar Singh.
The bride is the daughter of Azamgarh-based politician Sanjay Singh, who is related to the erstwhile princely state of Maihar. The groom Aditya is the Chairman of the Pradeshik Cooperative Federation (PCF).
Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and his entire family were present in the marriage ceremony which was attended by over one lakh people from across the state.
Among other VVIPs present in the ceremony were Bollywood actor Jaya Bacchan and Jaya Prada, Congress MP Rajiv Shukla and Swami Kailashanand along with the entire cabinet of ministers of the UP government.
The reception party would be held at the Janeshwar Mishra Park in lucknow on March 13.
