He also used the ‘e-office’ application developed by the NIC and issued instructions to all the divisional commissioners and district magistrates. Giving instructions on the occasion, Yadav said that no roadblocks should come in between providing important services and information like issuing of certificates etc to the people and said that commissioners and district magistrates should periodically review the progress of this interface with regards to various schemes and projects undertaken by the state government so that unnecessary and cumbersome procedures faced by people are cut short and redressal of their problems expedited.
Chief Minister also said that the state government was committed to providing information and different services through an electronic delivery mechanism.  Mandatory requirement of affidavits for different government services had already been done away with by the state government and in place of this, self attested affidavits have been put in place.
