Four persons of a family including two minor girls were died after they buried under the debris of a two storey house that collapsed in Basti district on Sunday morning.
Those died were identified as Shubhalata (60), Deepu Upadhayay (40) and his two daughters Anshika (15) and Harshita (10), all of Old Basti of the district. The house in question was located near the railway station and was in a dilapidated state. Deepu’s eight year old son Rahul suffered serious injuries and is admitted to hospital. Deepu lived with his family including his mother Shubhalata and the family had not enough money to get the house repaired.
