By shelling out the most any franchise has paid for an individual since the 2008 auctions, Delhi Daredevils has shown that ‘brand Yuvraj Singh’ is alive and kicking. There is no doubt that Yuvraj is a match-winner who can still bring the ‘X’ factor and attract crowds. But the money only guarantees his participation, and not success.
