Sir — This refers to the article, “Crimes against women continue unabated” (February 9) by Joginder Singh. With rape cases reaching new heights in our country, perhaps rapists will form their own vote-bank. Mr Mulayam Singh Yadav, with his ‘good governance’ record, will probably let them flourish in his State. This also brings out his political acumen as he has been wooing these people before his arch rivals reach out to them.
