This refers to the editorial, “Peace in progress” (September 7). The editoral has rightly appreciated the role of the all-party delegation that visited Kashmir to ease the situation in the valley. Pakistani agents in Jammu & Kashmir continued the confrontationist situation created by Pakistani agents. The delegation succeeded in meeting more than 30 groups of people representing various political parties and civil society organisations who were keen to restore normalcy through their inflitrators and local agentsvia Islamists agents.
The covert Islamist agenda will never succeed in Kashmir which believes in the principles of Insaniyat, Kashmiriyat and Jamhooriat. Normalcy is bound to be restored in due course. The Government is right in thinking to curb the nefarious activities of separatists by withdrawing all the facilities given to the agents of Pakistan which has created the present situation at the cost of tremendeous loss to the common man by the open agents of a terrorist state like Pakistan.
