Sir — This refers to a video shown prominently on all news channels about air passengers on a Pakistani flight forcing two politicians down the plane for their being late and holding up the flight for more than two hours.
The video should be an eye-opener for all the VIP politicians of India, whose lust for more remains despite the plenty which is already available to them, including extra privileges in flights and at airports. The Union Government should ensure that those in the political system, do not get any extra privilege. The list of exempted should be limited to a few such as the President, the Prime Minister, Governors and Chief Ministers.
