Sir — This refers to the article, “Change Management: Do it right” (August 29) by Hima Bindu Kota. leadership means doing right things and management means doing things rightly. Management is all about human interaction and is a stimulator to create an ambience where human resources are harnessed to its maximum.
Change is an inevitable part of business environment and management must leverage management principles to help in delegation of employees to the changed environment. India Inc is the engine of India’s growth and, hence, it must count on efficient managers to sky-rocket their profits.
