This refers to the report, “Pak denied visa for lit fest, rues Anupam Kher” (February 3). As usual, Pakistan has lied again. The Pakistan High Commission in Delhi has claimed that actor Anupam Kher never submitted any visa application in New Delhi. The Indian Government has never denied visa to any performer from Pakistan. Pakistani ghazal singer Ghulam Ali was not denied visa for any of his concerts in India.
In the case of the Pathankot air base attack, Pakistan has said that the proofs provided by India are not true and are also insufficient. There can be no case for having peaceful relations with an ‘untrustworthy’ neighbour.
