This refers to the editorial, “A diplomatic offensive” (September 21). The recent terror attack in Uri showcases how divisive forces are on a rampage to destroy the country’s integrity. India should launch a diplomatic war outside and a scientific war inside. It is also time to start work on human development on a war-footing for inclusive growth and unity of the people of this country.
