Sir — This refers to the news report, “Political parties within RTI ambit, rules CIC” (June 4). This decision, definitely not to the liking of political parties, is heartily welcomed by the aam aadmi.
Not just the six parties mentioned by the Central Information Commission, but all the political parties registered with the Election Commission should be brought under the Right To Information ambit. Transparency in the functioning of political outfits will help cleanse our public life.
