Sir — This refers to the reports of huge unaccounted wealth found at a senior engineer’s residence. The saga of the reportedly illicit loot by the engineer, who has had a controversial past, is not merely amazing but also incredible, considering its huge dimensions.
One cannot help recalling the story by leo Tolstoy, ‘How much land does a man need’. Did it never strike this engineer that he had amassed enoughIJ The protagonist in the Tolstoy story fell down dead through his overreaching greed. It does not seem likely that the Noida engineer and his family will ever see peace again.
