Sir — This refers to the report, “Ugliest gift from Pak on Eid!” (October 7). There are daily reports on attacks on Indian borders. On the east, it is Pakistan and on the north, it is China which intrudes. There are regular reports on infiltration from Bangladesh. And more shocking is that a few of our own countrymen have joined hands with these terrorists to give them space and opportunity.
When links are discovered, it appears that certain political parties are also involved. The latest instance from Burdwan offers a poor reflection of the mentality of our leaders.
