Sir — This refers to the article, “For India, CPEC is a corridor to nowhere” (December 29) by Claude Arpi. India should pledge to seriously discuss its role in supporting China-Pakistan Economic Corridor if Pakistan agrees to return the northern areas of Gilgit and Baltistan (Pakistan can keep Pakistan-occupied Kashmir). Separately, India should support a year-in, year-out covert effort to break-up Pakistan into four independent states. Finally, India should make efforts to ‘wall off’ all terror entry points into India from PoK.
