Circumstantial evidence is not enough to give harsh punishment to a convict. The Aarushi-Hemraj murder case has gone through many twists and turns. With the investigating authorities doing frequent flip-flops, a question mark hangs over the verdict of the trial court. We should wait to see if the judgement is upheld by a higher court.
