Sir — This refers to the article, “As times change, the dragon gets friendly” (March 21) by Gautam Mukherjee. For a meaningful and firm dialogue and engagement with China, India needs a visionary and strong leader like Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi to be in charge. Also, India needs to re-orient itself to the current global situation.
