Sir — This refers to the report, “AAP, BJP locked in blame game” (July 20). The toll in the building collapse in Delhi has risen to five. It is deplorable and disgusting that, even when serious tragedies and casualties occur and the people are engulfed in deep grief, our politicians are bent upon attacking and maligning each other. Even for a cause meant for the welfare of the people or the progress of the nation, the political class never unites.
Because of this insidious attitude of politicians, with their eyes fixed on votes, precious and limited time of State Assemblies and Parliament goes waste and the people are made to suffer more.
