Sir — This refers to the article, “Intent good on paper, check ground reality” (February 16) by Rajesh Singh. Both, entrepreneurs and banks, are equally responsible for the failure of such grand schemes.
On the one hand, after taking loan, entrepreneurs, instead of utilising the money for the purpose it was meant to, try to devise ways and means to not return the loan.
On the other hand, banks, who are unable to recover the loan, come up with strict rules and regulations for other loanees. Amid this, what happens is that genuine loanees are left to suffer due to the fault of others.
