Sir — This refers to the article, “Best to be spineless in family-owned party” (October 15) by A Surya Prakash. It is a pity that even knowledgeable and efficient leaders in the Congress, who have proved their mettle in whatever ministerial positions they got from the party’s high command (not the Prime Minister), are servile when it comes to airing their views on Congress’s first family.
