What does the Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union president Kanhaiya Kumar mean by ‘autonomy’ of the studentsIJ As long as students are a part of an institution, they are bound by rules. The administration should take action if rules are broken. What Kanhaiya wants is ‘anarchy’ and not ‘autonomy’ or ‘democracy’.
